Scope of application:

Potash, corn, wheat, titanium dioxide, ore, soybean meal, bran, starch, iron phosphate, glucose, coal powder, pebbles, polyethylene, PVC additives, potassium chloride, zinc oxide, bleach, etc.


Main features and structure characteristics

1. Designed for large bags of powder, flakes, granules and blends, it is designed to solve the packaging problems of food, chemicals, feed, building materials, minerals and other large packaging (more than 300 kg).

2. Artificial bagging, controlled by intelligent electronic control system, adopts fast, medium and slow three-speed feeding to ensure the system quantitative accuracy, uniform feeding, automatic completion of feeding, weighing, bagging, discharging and other processes.

3. Weighing controller adopts imported instrument, strong anti-interference and high sensitivity, which can realize automatic compensation and correction.

4. The load cell adopts the product of American Omega Sail, and the measurement accuracy is more accurate.

5. Set value with thickness and fine feed, single pack weight set value, package count, weight cumulative display.

6. With automatic peeling, automatic zero adjustment, automatic error correction, out-of-tolerance alarm and fault self-diagnosis.

7. The communication interface can be configured according to the needs of users, which is convenient for online networking and realizes DCS distribution system control.

8. According to different materials, different materials (such as self-discharging material, auger, vibration) are used for feeding. The packaging precision is high and the speed is fast.
